I just opened a Bugzilla report for this:

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2817
(SA 2.60, Solaris, perl 5.6.1)

Funny thing is, the first line of the body was had the V word with spaces
between each letter, yet it didn't hit any v-whatever rules. I would think
simple spaceing of the letter would be covered by the standard rule set ?

(I can't post the mail itself to the list, or even use the name of the drug,
because the SourceForge filter bounced it. DOH ! See the Bigzilla entry for
the message itself).
