I use outlook web access at work and that has been set to default to plain unless it comes in encoded. When I get home at home I use outlook and if it comes in using anything other than plain text it has a tendency to mangle. I also noticed that some of the threads started to encoded some weird characters at the bottom. I think it's because I picked up someone elses character set in a return email... "NHYÞéX'uS+l({^Ø,T^lz|$YlJ('èLZxîj[ yzbkay^[h+vh Xz0i&bt Ætrjj~zqzj" was at the bottom of some of the messages. Not sure why. It could have been a character issue with the source forge footer as well. It started after the email from Peter... Peter, if your still listening what character set are you running? Gary Smith
