1) the autolearning score of this email isn't 54.7, and it's not 54.7 - 8.0 (score of BAYES_99).


You might want to look at what this email would score when all the scores are calculated as "set1"
FORGED_RCVD_NET_HELO drops from 4.099 to 3.022, for example.


I suspect it's over 15, but you'd be surprised how much the score changes between sets sometimes.

You've also apparently got some custom scores, so depending on how you declared that RCVD_IN_NJABL and RCVD_IN_SORBS might drop from 4.0 to 0.1.


2) autolearning can sometimes fail under normal conditions. Basically autolearning is an opportunistic thing, and if the bayes database is locked, it will skip autolearning to avoid logjamming your mailserver. However, some of the autolearning should work.
