I'm led to believe I can feed untagged spam (and tagged non-spam) to SA for it to "learn" how to be better. How do I do this?

In general you want to feed it a good variety of spam and nonspam (aka ham) mail, not just FP/FN cases. However, feeding FP/FN cases is quite important.
