Agreed, but when a person joins a group and asks a question that is very
clearly stated in the FAQ, manual, etc., - it can get quite irritating.

How hard would it be to configure the group so that when someone requests
to join, they are sent back a e-mail they need to reply to (double
opt-in??) - and that e-mail contains the Top Ten commonly asked
questions... I mean, I'm no SA expert, but I could probably come up with 5
or so that are asked here daily.. how do I get SA to delete e-mails,
whitelist / blacklist, disable SA per user, add a rule, etc...
