Thanks Matt! I am using amavisd-new with spamassassin and clamav. As mail is relayed to an exchange server, headers are somewhat changed and the needed spam headers are not as accurate anymore. If the spam email can be attached to the notification then I can perform the manual sa-learn.

Sending postmaster notifies isn't a function of SA at all.. SA itself cannot generate mail. What tool are you using to generate them?
