Hello Robert,

What you are looking for, it seems, is a way to reject messages at the SMTP
level, right? Indeed, recent comments to the contrary despite, this can be
done with SpamAssassin. But you need a different implementation of
SpamAssassin for that, integrated into a Milter. Have a look at this list:
