Hello, sorry to say that this is not the first post of mine to show a bug in spamc with mysql support.
Spamc with mysql support have to duplicate the same set of filtering rules/setting on .cf file from mysql before getting the user-based rules works. I have to conditionally restart spamassassinc daemon to load new rules from new created .cf under /etc/mail/spamassassin. For anyone who experience the same problem please help.
