Actually, the SpamAssassin scores are optimized four different ways.
Each rule has four scores, which may or may not be the same. Those scores
cover four possible test combinations:
* local tests, network tests, and bayes tests
* local tests only
* local tests and network tests, no bayes tests
* local tests and bayes tests, no network tests
