Both are windows pop3 proxy tools that use spamassassin. it's a bit of work to set up pop3proxy, but it's free http://mcd.perlmonk.org/pop3proxy/ Saproxy pro is a commercial proxy that uses SA as a spam filter. It costs about 30 bucks.
