Well it may not be that bad, but i know that it is over 50 non-contiguous IP
addresses.  That still is longer then I want for a command line.  If one of
the IP addresses changes then I will have to edit the command line and hope I
get the line right again.

Well, it's also not local addresses.. ie: you don't have a server with 50-200 IP addresses assigned to the server itself. You have 50-200 non-local addresses that you want spamd to accept connections from.


Really, IMO, this extensive of a list is probably better done at the firewall level, and not done by spamd itself. It's also a lot more secure.
