It looks like you're running the message through SA twice. The first run identifies the message as spam (score 9.1), and converts the original message to an attachment. The second run through SA does not think it is spam (score: 3.2) mainly because the original message's headers are now in the attachment. 3.5 points in the original message came from RBL rules, and of course those won't be hit the second time around.
