Hello,

I've just installed spamassassin 2.60 onto my local Pc in order to test
it out prior to upgrading some older systems. However, I am seeing
messages being 'marked' as spam, but the subject line is not changing.
Example:

==========================================================
Date: Fri, 21 Nov 2003 02:46:23 +0000 (GMT)
From: jequita <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject: j.horne,PRIVATE
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Message-id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
MIME-version: 1.0
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
X-Priority: 3
X-Spam-Flag: YES
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.60 (1.212-2003-09-23-exp) on
X-Spam-Level: ***********
X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=11.2 required=5.0 tests=FORGED_YAHOO_RCVD_SMTP,
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
X-Evolution-Source: imap://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/
==========================================================

As can be seen the above msg is flagged as spam but the subject line
hasn't been changed. The system-wide /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
file contains:

  rewrite_subject 1

I have stopped and restarted spamassassin.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks,

John.
