What are your Bayes auto-learn thresholds set at? I'm guessing that some
earlier spam, possibly several such messages, passed through your system
with non-Bayes scores below the ham auto-learn threshold, and that's what
caused your Bayes system to go out of whack.

One of the first things I did with SA 2.60 was set
> bayes_auto_learn_threshold_spam     30.0
> bayes_auto_learn_threshold_nonspam  -2
This is much more conservative than the default 2.60 setting, but it
makes sure that NOTHING is auto-learned as ham unless it scores well
below zero.
