Could you give some specs on cpu speed, amount of memory, drives (ide/scsi/
rpm), maximum number of simultanious local delivers, as 10 seconds without 
bayes is excessive. In our own system I don't see scan times over 2 seconds 
at most with bayes and network testing turned on.
