If you do so with the /8 nets, you won't be getting any mail from me -- I'm on 66.92.49.123 and .124. I can't help but notice that 587 + 420 != 4723. In fact, it's less than 1/4 of it. So if you only block the /16 nets, you'll be stopping maybe 22% or so of spam, while I guarantee you, you'll be dealing with a massive FP rate if you block the /8s.
