I would NEVER recommend automatically deleting messages just based on them
being marked as SPAM, and I don't think anyone else here would either,
hence why SA DOESN'T, and (although I can't say this with certainty) SA
probably never will.

Instead of the 30 or more lines you listed for a .c file, a simple one or
two line procmail filter will accomplish the same results.
