Here is my local.cf:

I'm pretty sure I've turned all network tests off with that, but I am seeing
scan times around 30-50, very erratic times, too. Sometimes over 100, on one
occasion, over 200! But when I start spamd with -L, these times drop to
single digit.... 3 seconds and under. Does anybody know what the problem
might be here? Thanks.
