Oooh I got goosebumps! *snip out everything. it was all good*
I still think that that the best way is to use the AWL code and convert it to auto-blacklist code. The experation stuff and DB stuff is already there. We would just have to put in code to parse out the URIs. This way, the more the spammer uses the domain, the harder he gets hit!! I really see this as the next greatest thing for SA. It will hurt the spammers bad. Also with an ABL, there would be no single RBL site to get updates from to be DDOS'd. Everyone would have there own ABL. They could care and feed it as they see fit. Yes, I'm also saying it should be seperate from bayes. Again, thinking of all the users that can't use it for various reasons. An ABL would help them greatly. What about a really simple eval? I'd love to try the most simple, manual eval/DB function and see how it works. Basically take any BSD DB and feed it my evilrules. Then have an eval lookup for it that says, if the URI is in this DB, then score it 1.0 and just see how it works. I've been really good. How about for X-mas? :-) --Chris Santerre ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.
