Can SA block messages that contain certain words in the /header/body/subject ?
Yes.. you can create a custom rule for a given word and assign it a ridiculously high score.
Of course, procmail does all that too. One of the benefits of SA is having the flexibility of not just blocking on a single condition, but an aggregate score.
