No they are not used by default, and there's no built-in rule for them. They also aren't backlists I've heard of before. However, someone can reconfigure SA to use pretty much any blacklist.


$ cd Mail-SpamAssassin-2.60/rules/
$ grep -i ahbl *
$

ahbl.org does have a set of SA rules on their website to make it easy for anyone to add it to SA. Those only query dnsbl.ahbl.org
