There was a similar issue with some SA processing through the MIMEDefang milter; the fix was for MIMEDefang's author to add in code to generate the headers sendmail hadn't added yet. It seems that sendmail adds its "local" headers *after* the milter or milters is/are done processing... :/ -kgd -- <erno> hm.
