Greetings, Long time subscriber to the list, first time poster...
I get emails from friends from juno, and they get marked as forged juno received, but this is false. What is the deal? Am I on crack? Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: by MY.MAILSERVER.COM (CommuniGate Pro PIPE 3.5.9) with PIPE id 5395074; Sun, 02 Nov 2003 12:07:42 -0800 Received: from m1.nyc.untd.com ([64.136.22.64] verified) by MY.MAILSERVER.COM (CommuniGate Pro SMTP 3.5.9) with SMTP id 5395058 for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Sun, 02 Nov 2003 12:07:30 -0800 Received: from cookie.untd.com by cookie.untd.com for <"vSQL+22be94fAbU/FEhVM5Wyg9njxLX40rQVIbUAretBpCfSx+/b/A==">; Sun, 02 Nov 2003 12:06:49 PST Received: (from [EMAIL PROTECTED]) by m1.nyc.untd.com (jqueuemail) id JDZPXFH4; Sun, 02 Nov 2003 12:06:49 PST Is this because the received line contains the strange new york cname and doesn't contain something.juno.com? If so, shouldn't the files for determining if juno is forged be updated to include these new cnames...or is this fixed in an updated version of spamassassin? I am using RedHat 7.3 on kernel 2.4.20-18.7 running communigate (yuck), with perl 5.6.1 and spamassassin 2.55.
