Running it manually works fine. I've tried it with the sample email provided, and it adds the headers just fine. Running spamd with -D, and I can see it detecting spam just fine, it just won't add the default headers. It's pointing to a qmail/ifspamh problem, but nothing has been changed on that end. I did notice that the directory structure for SA changed between 2.41 and 2.60. I still had parts of the previous version of SA laying around. That's all gone now, and I have only 2.60 installed. It looks to me that it's not reading the local.cf file, but I know it is. Running in debug mode, it shows reading /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf. This is pretty puzzling!
