This seems more like a MTA issue. Spamassassin could be used to add a huge amount to bounces, but they still have to go thru the system. Even using procmail to /dev/null them still would take cpu cycles. SO the "best" way to to get your MTA to drop bounces to this address until the storm is over. But passing all of these thru SA is still going to work your system for nothing.
