Unless I'm reading this regex incorrectly:

/^https?\:\/\/rd\.yahoo\.com\/(?:[0-9]{4,}|partner\b|dir\b)/i

it's pretty specific about looking for "http[s]://rd.yahoo.com".

 RCVD_IN_RFCI
