G_WWW_C1TRACKING_COM hits mainly YahooGroups postings, since it shows up in the ads that Yahoo attaches.
G_PICS_EBAYSTATIC_COM hits eBay listing confirmations, outbid notices, invoices, etc. - and as near as I can tell, nothing else. This makes me wonder how it ended up on the list. My only guess is that one of those eBay spoofing scams has copied links out of eBay's own notices in order to make the scam look more real. (I've seen it on PayPal spoofs, so it wouldn't surprise me.)
Fortunately, with the default 1.5 score, these were both taken care of by Bayes (and, in the case of some of the eBay mailings, Bonded Sender) before I noticed and disabled them (although I've left c1tracking at 0.1 for, well, tracking).
