The easiest way for me, with my small network, is to have all your users use
IMAP and set up a folder on the server that the users can drag-n-drop
messages into. Then run a cron job once a day to learn that folder. I have
2, one for mismarked ham and one for mismarked spam. Do a search of the
archives for the script.

I have not seen a POP3 solution that keeps the headers.
