At first I didn't get what Alex was saying. Now I do! This is like an ABL instead of a AWL. Cool idea, only we use the spam host domains like evilrules. Alex also posted his new domain extractor using MIME::Parser; which should make something like this even easier.
It could be fed like Bayes. Where the spam would need to be scored high before it would add these domains to the pot. Simple bunch of tools to expire and clean. Someone else (Carl F.) mentioned doing something like this using an eval tie in with SQL. Which might be better then how the AWL works, I'm not sure. I think this a great idea, different then bayes, and hits spammers harder. This a total dev thing. I'd love to hear what they think. (Relating to SA. I'm sure the devs have some crazy thoughts on other things! Might be fun to hear those as well!) --Chris Santerre ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: The SF.net Donation Program.
