I have an account with Lunarpages.com, a web hosting company. They
provide SpamAssassin 2.55, enabled through cPanel 8.2.0-RELEASE 28.
Their mailer is Exim 4.23.
A few days back, SpamAssassin stopped working -- it stopped adding
X-spam-status (etc.) headers to incoming emails. I contacted Lunarpages
support, but they don't seem to be very effective with SpamAssassin.
They said that it was running. They had me disable it, and re-enable it.
Didn't work. I can't tell for sure but I think other folks on the same
server are working ok. I know for sure that other folks on different
Lunarpages servers are working ok.
I don't have access to a shell. Is there anything in the way of
debugging that I can do as a non system administrator. I have almost 500
spams in just one mailbox for three days and I really need some help
from somewhere.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin
