SA simply tags an email, doesn't dispose of it. Check out the bottom of the
howto at:
http://www.peregrinehw.com/downloads/SpamAssassin/INSTALL

You will need to your something like Procmail to decide what to do with the
message. You can create a .procmailrc file in each users home directory that
has the code at the bottom of the above howto. To delete emails, just
replace $HOME/IMAP-$COMPANY/SPAM with /dev/null
