Another possibility would be to increase the numbers for 
bayes_min_ham_num and bayes_min_spam_num (they default to 200). 
I you raise them to several hundred more than what's currently 
been learned (discoverable with "sa-learn --dump magic", if 
you're using 2.60), then Bayes scoring will be disabled until 
more messages are autolearned.
