Thanks for the reply... Unfortunately, not all replies are answers. I
stated at the beginning of the same message you quoted :

Not just that one. SpamAssassin is not running ANY tests on ANY MESSAGE.
ALL SPAM is getting through.

That's why I'm asking this question. Don't worry, I'm not idealist to
the point of thinking that all spam should be caught. I just think that
for the machine time SpamAssassin is taking, it should be getting some
of it. Therefore, I asked the question in the hope of someone pointing
something in my config that was wrong, preventing SA from scanning
mails.

If there's anything that I should check other than my local.cf file,
please mention it.
