Maybe I'm just goofy, but I always "slash the dash". Is that right?

Subject =~  /\[stc\-single\-sourcing\-l\]/

I think it works either way. 

Also, please try to remember to put a [RD] in front of rule discussin
subjects. It makes the admins happy. :)
