You could put 200 spams and 200 normal mails (to start with) into your
bayes database. Study 'man sa-learn' and 'man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf'
to see what bayes is about.

It will help with spam that doesn't get enough points from other tests.

Also using RBL and hashing (razor, pyzor and/or dcc) tests can help.
