I am seeing some wierdness with Subject rewriting. I have done google searches and through the mail list archive and seen nothing so I will ask here.
We use spamassassin sitewide in our company. We scan the messages and then they are sent to the end user with the subject tag [SPAM!] to sort as they see fit. The problem is when the user sets thier own tag in their user_prefs file it gets tagged twice instead of their prefs overriding the main prefs. It looks like this Subject: Their Tag systemwide tag actual subject We are using Spamassassin 2.60 and spamc/spamd and the important parts of the local.cf and user_prefs files are here local.cf ---------------------------- subject_tag [SPAM!] report_header 1 user_prefs ---------------------------- subject_tag [GOT SPAM!] rewrite_subject 1 An important thing to note is that this has only been happening since we upgraded to 2.60 David Rodgers ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
