I list hundreds of mail service providers, including
simplicato.com, on my IMAP Service Providers page starting in
this section:

 <http://www.ii.com/internet/messaging/imap/isps/#table>

I've got information about the type filtering they support,
domain hosting, etc. Hopefully some provider on this list will be
what you're looking for!
