Thanks for the note. I Did read the README looking for things that might have changed, and didn't see anything. I passed on the INSTALL since I figured I knew how to install. My bad.
One thing I've learnt the hard way with various software is always read the INSTALL file :) On a lot of software I find the INSTALL file more informative than the README file...(which usually just tells you what the program does, and not much about how to implement it..)
