Yes, it's possible. My domain (menschel.net) is on a shared domain
server, and while I share local.cf and other master files with all the
other shared domains (and therefore do not have the ability to modify
them), I have my own Bayes database, and my own user_prefs file.

I can black-list and/or white-list any domain specification I want in
that user_prefs file, independently of any/all other domains on the
server.
