Having forgotten to set -DTCPWRAPPERS on my latest  test build, woefully, 
I can say Yes, you can. :) 
But please see Kristian's earlier well-reasoned response as to why this 
likely a Bad Idea for the purpose I had suggested. I think the access.db 
approach really is much better.
