AFAICT you'd do auto_whitelist_factor 0 use_bayes 0 will disable bayes, not the (unfortunately named - it's as much an auto blacklist as an auto whitelist, innit?) auto whitelisting feature.
I hope if I'm mistaken somebody will jump in and correct me.
