Try:

install the qmailqueue patch it will call whatever program is set by the 
QMAILQUEUE env variable.

or

rename qmail-queue to qmail-queue.orig, make your spamassassin script to suit 
your needs and call it qmail-queue, then call qmail-queue.org from your 
script.  

or

try qmail-qfilter.
