[From Daniel and others] > SpamAssassin is being run twice. Ah! Okay. I initially installed calling spamassassin from the user's .procmail, and then switched over to using spamd/spamc on all incoming mail for all users - this message must have arrived during the interval when I'd turned on the second but hadn't yet turned off the first. Thanks - mystery solved :) My upstream mail server is also running spamassassin, but because I get mail from multiple servers, I'm running it locally as well - I don't seem to have the option of turning SA /off/ on my mail provider's side, so I've set the threshhold there high enough to hopefully avoid it munging mail before it gets to my box. (I considered filtering already-scored mail and not sending it through again, but then I would a) not be training my local db and b) leave a hole if spammers ever decided to start attaching 'X-Spam-Status: No' to their email....) --S ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Spamassassin-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/spamassassin-talk
