Ah! Okay. I initially installed calling spamassassin from the user's
.procmail, and then switched over to using spamd/spamc on all incoming
mail for all users - this message must have arrived during the interval
when I'd turned on the second but hadn't yet turned off the first.

My upstream mail server is also running spamassassin, but because I get
mail from multiple servers, I'm running it locally as well - I don't seem
to have the option of turning SA /off/ on my mail provider's side, so 
I've set the threshhold there high enough to hopefully avoid it munging
mail before it gets to my box. (I considered filtering already-scored
mail and not sending it through again, but then I would a) not be training
my local db and b) leave a hole if spammers ever decided to start attaching
'X-Spam-Status: No' to their email....)
