I did an eval of it, it's basically SA with a nice web interface. One
thing it had going for it was that you could tell it to quarantine spam
and would then send a link to the users every morning to go review their
hold queue and release what they wanted. 

Not that a person couldn't code that up themselves, they just already
did it.

You could build the same thing by tying SA + webmin + mysql and some
custom PHP front end code pretty easily.
