Hi, SpamAssassin 2.55 amavisd-new 20030616p5 postfix 1.1.11.0 (They are all from Debian testing.)
Approximately 1/4th of spams are getting through. No big deal; I sent them through sa-learn. Well, 1/4th of the spams are *still* getting through (i.e. not quarantined, with a notification message having "SPAM FROM <whoever>" in the subject line). So, as an experiment, I ran individual mails through "spamassassin -t", and, lo and behold, these uncaught email *are* being scored as spam. Here's an example: Content analysis details: (10.20 points, 5 required) PENIS_ENLARGE2 (1.3 points) BODY: Information on getting a larger penis or breasts (2) CREDIT_CARD (0.9 points) BODY: Credit Card Offers PENIS_ENLARGE (1.4 points) BODY: Information on getting a larger penis or breasts HTML_LINK_CLICK_HERE (0.1 points) BODY: HTML link text says "click here" HTML_FONT_FACE_ODD (0.3 points) BODY: HTML font face is not a commonly used face HTML_MESSAGE (0.1 points) BODY: HTML included in message HTML_TAG_BALANCE_TABLE (0.2 points) BODY: HTML is missing "table" close tags HTML_20_30 (1.2 points) BODY: Message is 20% to 30% HTML MIME_LONG_LINE_QP (0.2 points) RAW: Quoted-printable line longer than 76 characters MAILTO_TO_SPAM_ADDR (0.4 points) URI: Includes a link to a likely spammer email address SUSPICIOUS_RECIPS (2.1 points) Similar addresses in recipient list RCVD_IN_NJABL (0.9 points) RBL: Received via a relay in dnsbl.njabl.org [RBL check: found 83.251.44.200.dnsbl.njabl.org.,] [type: 127.0.0.9] RCVD_IN_UNCONFIRMED_DSBL (0.5 points) RBL: Received via a relay in unconfirmed.dsbl.org [RBL check: found 83.251.44.200.unconfirmed.dsbl.org.] CLICK_BELOW (0.1 points) Asks you to click below PRIORITY_NO_NAME (0.5 points) Message has priority setting, but no X-Mailer USER_AGENT (0.0 points) Has a User-Agent header Anyone have an idea about what's going on?
