How are you calling spamassassin?  Are you using spamc/spamd?  If so,
look at the spamc man page, especially wrt the "-s" option.

SpamAssassin won't delete it for you.  You need to do this in whatever
wrapper/filter/client you are using.

If you're using Procmail, you could filter on the Subject line or use the
"X-Spam-Flag: YES" header.

Or, the users could just configure filtering in whatever clients they use.

Note that these are generalized instructions, since you have not really
told us anything about your setup....
