 Indeed. This is the beginning I fear. I have called law enforcement from
local, FBI, CIA, and Secret Service to find out just what they can and can't
do. I did this about 2 months ago. I was deeply upset by the outcome. Most
have no way to enforce anything. Almost all can do nothing without a crime
being committed. 

Many consider the acts civil and not criminal. Home defense is weak, when
the guys on the front lines can't call for reinforcements :(
