The manual (http://au2.spamassassin.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html)
doesn't make it clear if user defined tests "header", "rawbody" etc. match
one line at a time or the entire message at once. Experimentation reveals
it's done one line at a time. The manual would do well to tell this.

I would find use for a test that allows matching the entire message,
including the header, against a regexp. I want to categorize certain types
of spam double bounces to postmaster as spam, and just matching single lines
won't help with that.
