Be aware that scoring mail-IDs this way may cause false positives, and *will* score some valid addresses higher. As an example, you might score mail from my work address higher, because our twenty-year-old naming scheme uses mail-IDs like UDSD007, where U indicates the agency, DSD the division, and 007 is sequentially assigned to that division of that agency. When we formulated the scheme, electronic mail was decidedly uncommon, and hardly anyone outside academia used TCP/IP.
