Secure the open HTTP CONNECT proxy on
(lsanca2-ar26-4-46-135-181.lsanca2.dsl-verizon.net [4.46.135.181])

$ rblcheck 4.46.135.181
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by relays.ordb.org
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by china.blackholes.us
4.46.135.181 RBL filtered by dynablock.easynet.nl
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by ipwhois.rfc-ignorant.org
4.46.135.181 RBL filtered by list.dsbl.org
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by nigeria.blackholes.us
4.46.135.181 RBL filtered by opm.blitzed.org
4.46.135.181 RBL filtered by proxies.relays.monkeys.com
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by sbl.spamhaus.org
4.46.135.181 not RBL filtered by zombie.dnsbl.sorbs.net

The dynablock.easynet.nl may be justified if you're a DHCP customer (no
stigma; it just means you should either send your mail out through a
smarthost or get a static allocation with forward and reverse DNS if you
need to run your own mailserver.)

Looks like list.dsbl.org is carping about an open HTTP CONNECT proxy
(see http://dsbl.org/message?id=8753420) and chances are that's what
opm.blitzed.org and proxies.relays.monkeys.com are listing you for.

Lock down your proxy server, arrange for retest by DSBL, Monkeys, and
Blitzed and you should be OK.

Once you've done that, fix the HELO/EHLO string on your mail server to
be a FQDN (RFC requirement.)

hth,
