Looks like list.dsbl.org is carping about an open HTTP CONNECT proxy (see http://dsbl.org/message?id=8753420) and chances are that's what opm.blitzed.org and proxies.relays.monkeys.com are listing you for. Lock down your proxy server, arrange for retest by DSBL, Monkeys, and Blitzed and you should be OK.
